The ongoing transformation processes have confirmed the special role of small and medium businesses in preparing social and organizational conditions for the formation and effective functioning of the national economy. It has been confirmed that in Georgia there really are objective conditions conducive to the development of small business. For example, natural and industrial features of the country’s economy, traditions, the need to create jobs (employment), establish a consumer market on a national basis, etc.
