EVALUATION

The article to be published in the magazine, according to relevance, intellectual value and presentation, must respond to modern requirements, of which the following should be taken into account during their evaluation: topicality of the topic; depth of analysis, clarity of the text; justification; text structure; language fluency; academic citation style; research news; Relevance of findings to outcomes, goals and objectives. In order to determine compliance with these criteria, there is a review system consisting of experts, specialists in the field.

The article to be published in the journal is reviewed by two independent experts in the relevant field (reviewers), for whom the identity of the author is not known. Experts are selected by the editor-in-chief and their identity is kept confidential.

The article is evaluated on a 100-point scale. A paper evaluated with more than 60 points is considered a positive review. If the assessment of any expert is negative, the paper is sent to another independent expert for a conclusion under the same conditions. An article is subject to publication if it has been positively evaluated by both experts.

After the experts have noted the comments and instructions on the article, the editorial office gives the author the opportunity to make appropriate changes in the paper or justify his position within two weeks.

Experts are given two weeks to evaluate the article. Authors are allowed 10 days to correct notes.

The final decision on the publication of the article is made by the editor-in-chief.

Evaluation procedures begin no later than one week after the article is received in the editorial office.
