The magazine posted on the website (its content text, photos or other work material) belongs to "Business and Legislation".

Regarding the non-exclusive distribution of the work published in the journal, it is necessary to sign separate additional agreements with the owner.

Any interested person is free to copy, transfer and use in research an article published in the journal, as long as the rules of citation, the original work and the source are properly indicated.

The publisher and organizational-administrative board of the journal adhere to the principles established by the Committee on Publication Ethics https://publicationethics.org.

It is the duty of the publisher of the magazine, the organizational-administrative board and the editor-in-chief to protect:

Fairness: Papers presented in the journal are evaluated according to relevance, intellectual content of the issue discussed in it and compliance with other criteria, regardless of the authors' race, gender, sexual orientation, religious beliefs, ethnic origin, citizenship or political views.

Objectivity - the work presented in the editorial office is evaluated according to the established evaluation system, without any bias.

Confidentiality: Any information about the submitted work will not be disclosed to outside parties. The authors of the article are informed only about the conclusion of the reviewers and, if necessary, notes for correction. The identity of the reviewers and the opinions they receive are confidential.

Any work presented in the editorial office is also confidential, its display to other persons is allowed only with the permission of the editor-in-chief.

Conflict of interest - The publisher may not use unpublished material submitted for review for its own purposes without the written consent of the authors. It is not allowed to appoint an incompetent person who is opposed to the publishing house or the author in any way as a reviewer.

Publishing decisions - are made in accordance with the main principles of the policy of the editorial board of the magazine and the requirements of the applicable legislation.

The editor-in-chief of the journal is responsible for timely, without artificial delay, to make the final decision on the publication of the submitted articles and to inform the authors of the answer.

Reviewers help the editor-in-chief make this decision. It is allowed to support the authors in order to improve the quality of the work.

If scientific misconduct, fraud or plagiarism is detected after publication, the publisher is obliged to publish an appropriate report indicating the error made and to correct the error or to remove such article from the issue entirel
