Rules for drawing up an article
Based on the general requirements for scientific papers, the journal establishes the following conditions for accepting and submitting an article for publication:
The journal is open to all interested parties.
It is possible to publish articles in Georgian, English, German and Russian languages on topical issues of business administration and management, economic and social policy. Reviews of published monographs and manuals, as well as comments, clarifications, notes and recommendations for improvement on legislative acts are accepted.
The editorial office starts accepting articles no later than two to three months before the publication deadline (twice a year - the beginning of July and the end of December). This time is necessary to go through the portfolio formation and publication procedures.
- The editorial office receives the article electronically in the form of a DOC (MS-Word) file, at the address created for this purpose and indicated in the magazine. It is allowed to present it in printed form, together with the version.
The text in Georgian and foreign languages should be written in Asylfaen font, and the text in foreign languages - Times New Roman. Title of the article - centered, bold, font size - 14) below the title of the article (on the right side) the full name of the author (or authors), surname, short academic biography, position, ORCD, telephone and e-mail address must be indicated;
The scientific article should be presented in A4 format. Margin: up-down - 2 cm; Right-left - 2.5 cm. The volume, including the list of used literature and the abstract, should not be less than 7 pages of typed text on the computer with 1.5 spacing and 12 font size, and should not exceed 25 pages. It should outline the relevance of the research problem, research goals and objectives, research methodology, research results (newness), recommendations.
- The paper written in Georgian must be accompanied by abstracts in Georgian and English - up to 1000 marks each. For those written in a foreign language - main content on 2-3 pages in Georgian and abstract in the same foreign language. Keywords - no more than five - in the language of the article - italic, italic, font size 12.
- After the keywords, depending on the content of the article, J.E.L. Code corresponding to the classification (see the link https://www.aeaweb.org/jel/guide/jel.php). and DOI (purchase and placement of which is provided by the journal editors).
Then the main part of the article is put together, which is separated from the introduction (relevance), the main text and the concluding part.
The article should show the use of important literature related to the research problem in accordance with the general rules. The name of the literature should be placed at the end of the article in the form of a single list: a) the name of the book in the following order - surname and initials of the author (authors), name of the book, place of publication, publishing house, year; b) for a journal article - surname and initials of the author(s), title of the article, title of the journal, year, number of the journal. The source indicated in the bibliography should be used in the text of the article. When quoting from the work of this or that author, he should indicate the source by indicating the appropriate page in the following way [3, p. 41], where the first digit corresponds to the serial number of the quoted source in the list of used literature, and the second - to the page from which the quotation is given. In case of referring to a foreign language source, the author's surname should be indicated in the language of the original, and the verification procedure will be the same as when referring to a Georgian language source. The bibliographic description of each book (journal) in the bibliography should correspond to its title page.
- Basically, in the text, tables, graphs, charts and formulas should be placed in the place of their reference, if there is not enough space - maybe on the next page. Tables, graphs and diagrams must have a name and numbering - the title on the top side (centered), and the number above the title, on the right side - for example, table 1, figure 2. The numbering is done by independent numbering. The drawing must be perfectly reflected on the screen - resolution 96-150 dpi. Formulas must be executed using the MathType 6.0 equation program.
The scientific article submitted for publication is reviewed by a specialist reviewer in the field (the identity of the reviewer will not be known to the author, nor will the reviewer be informed of the identity of the author/authors).
With a separate exception, publishing an article is paid - the fee for publishing an article in a journal is 150 (one hundred and fifty) GEL, which includes all expenses and the cost of DOI. The settlement report is indicated in the journal.
If these requirements are not met, the article will not be published and will not be returned to the author.
