Abstract

By God's grace, Georgia regained its statehood at the end of the 20th century, but immediately after regaining independence, it found itself in an almost insurmountable whirlpool of fatal problems left by the most severe Soviet legacy!

One of the most fundamental problems that Georgia has not been able to solve to this day after regaining independence is the land issue.
