From self-regulation to state supervision... a new bill in accounting and auditing

Three years have passed since the parliament of the previous convocation passed the law "On accounting and financial reporting". The transfer of the industry to self-regulation, like in all other countries, did not work and established complete disorder in the field of law regulation. It serves corrupt schemes, besides, it cannot withstand criticism by any parameters, it is far from any progress and rationality.
