CUSTOMS SIGNING OF MOTOR VEHICLES IN GEORGIA: POSITIVE AND NEGATIVE TRENDS

The main purpose of any regulation from state must be the protection of social, political, economical, ecological and cultural interest. All this should be based on such mechanism, that won’t interfere the nor achievement of the material welfare of the population, neither the economical development. One of the forms of state regulation is Customs-Tariff regulation. In the last years the introduction of a new standard of customs clearance of motor transport became urgent which caused disappointment of society. However, protection of the customers’ interests is one of the main goal of state regulations and it suitably means, that all his leverage should stand as close as possible to the interests of community. What caused the new regulations, what positive and negative consequences came, how a car park has changed in Georgia, all about this will be performed in a final part of the article.
