Also, in October 1998, the following laws were adopted: 1. "On the management and disposal of state-owned non-agricultural abandoned land" (repealed on July 11, 2007), 2. "On non-agricultural abandoned land in the use of individuals and legal entities of private law" on declaration as private property" (cancelled on September 20, 2007).
