Abstract

The letter presents the impression of two scientists about the business idea implemented in the village of Shalauri of the Telavi municipality and the evaluation of Georgia’s tourism potential as seen from the hotel „Kvevrebi“.

The author impressively describes the sensations that can be acquired by a visitor staying in "Churi" who witnesses and experiences the sights of Gombori, Alazani Valley, Caucasus, Kakheti, wine culture, and hospitality as a whole from the disco-like entrance of Kvevri, an unusual place to live.

In addition to personal impressions, the letter focuses on the problems of the tourism industry, business development and promotion of new ideas in Georgia. The meeting with the author of the hotel concept, dialogue with him, views and expectations are presented in an interesting and compact manner.
