Abstract

Thus, we can say that globalization has become an inevitable process under the conditions of technological progress and has managed to "dissolve" borders worldwide through free trade and economic interaction. Globalization has given many organizations the opportunity to conduct business operations in the markets of different countries and have gradually developed as transnational corporations. A company that has a representative office in several countries and manages and coordinates it centrally or at the regional level is considered a transnational corporation. Internationalization in the context of free trade has become a chance for many organizations to set global goals, to produce goods and services that would be foreign but desirable to different countries. When operating in a global environment, the goal of the organization is to maximize profits at the expense of minimizing production costs. International corporations manage to minimize costs by moving the production line to a country where the economy is less developed, labor force and materials are cheap, which is why minimizing production costs is quite easy to achieve. Minimization of costs for international corporations is associated with an increase in contribution per unit, which ultimately results in a high rate of profit, but in addition, the less developed and poor countries where foreign companies enter and produce are also benefiting, as they often impose high corporate taxes as a way to enter the market. , as well as from realization, which significantly increases the prosperity of these countries and enriches the budget. The internationalization of firms creates a lot

workplace. It qualifies personnel in various professions and promotes the spread of knowledge, which in turn increases the number of dedicated and qualified workforce in allied countries, i.e. in countries where there are similar corporate branches. This, in turn, will be a prerequisite for development, progress and education, which we should consider as a concomitant process of globalization, and we should all try to create a world where people's lives, their education and health care will be protected and achieved by law.
