Legislation and control of entrepreneurial activity
Abstract
When individuals and legal entities carry out entrepreneurial activities (otherwise, business activities), great importance is attached to their relationship with state control bodies, since the control exercised often leads to negative legal and financial consequences for the entrepreneur. Therefore, we think it is interesting to see how the current legislation of Georgia regulates the procedures for exercising control and what rights and obligations entrepreneurs have in the process of exercising control, and what legal protection mechanisms exist in this regard.
