Abstract

Administrative procedural law, as an independent branch of law, is a relatively new and at the same time important part of the legal system of our country, which through the implementation of administrative justice aims to restore and protect legality in the consideration of disputes arising in the management activities of the executive power, administrative bodies in general.

This or that decision or action of the executive authority often conflicts with the rights and legal interests of citizens, businessmen and other subjects of private law. The mentioned situation, as a rule, gives rise to a dispute, the most optimal legal mechanism for its consideration and resolution is its consideration by the court.
