Legal Procedures Necessary for Filing a Tax Dispute
Abstract
At one stage or another, individuals and businessmen working in the economic sphere often have disputes with tax authorities, for which the Tax Code of Georgia establishes a rather complex and time-bound procedure.
Without meticulous adherence to these procedures, it is easy for the relevant authorities to sometimes not even consider an obviously profitable case. Completely unnecessary time can be lost and additional undesirable economic consequences for the taxpayer can arise in the form of fines, penalties, etc.
