Abstract

The destructive wave of the world financial crisis of 2008-2010, which engulfed the USA, even reached the front door of the peasant living in the high mountainous rural areas of Georgia. The events developed instantly: the information about the sharp decline in the incomes of the banking group Citigrup on January 15, 2009 actually crashed the New York stock exchange. The incident of this day was global in scope and the consequences cost the population of our planet, which is relatively small in the world, more than it was reflected in the value index (human factors are not measured in numbers).
