This article is an attempt to describe the institutional forms typical of successful countries. It explores the correlation between democracy, inclusive political system, civil society, freedom of association, government social policy with the success of political systems, and vice versa.
Relevance / Value - The article provides a specific institutional complex that characterizes all successful states. In our opinion, with their development it is possible to fully integrate Georgia into Europe politically and economically
