Legitimate violence as the basis of the political-economic system of the state

The article is an attempt to describe the necessary conditions under which the monopolization of legitimate violence by the political elite can lead to the formation of sustainable political and economic institutions of the state. The recent history of Georgia also describes the dangers of violence beyond the control of state institutions.
Relevance/Value - The article addresses the need to strengthen the role of the state as a key security entity and to strengthen its monopoly on the use of legitimate violence.
