Bankruptcy proceedings

Abstract

In the previous issue of Business and Legislation, we discussed the insolvency proceedings, this time we will focus on the bankruptcy proceedings, presenting the main procedures that are carried out at this stage of the proceedings. The purpose of this article is not to provide an exhaustive commentary on the relevant articles of the Law of Georgia on the Insolvency Proceedings, but to familiarize interested parties with the main procedures that are carried out during bankruptcy.
