Abstract

On March 28, 2007, the Parliament of Georgia adopted the Law of Georgia on Insolvency Proceedings, which entered into force on August 15, 2007. Accordingly, the Law of Georgia on Bankruptcy Proceedings has been repealed since August 15, 2007.
