Organizational Changes and their Importance in the Shaping of its Agenda
Abstract
Today, we live in an evolving environment where change is an essential and integral part of every organization's agenda. Change allows them to adapt, succeed and meet challenges. It is noteworthy that changes can be planned and forced when environmental events move organizations to change. Changes may also be due to factors such as political and economic instability, rapid technological development, rapid market growth, and internal organizational factors/events. Furthermore, changes can be made to the structure, strategy, policies, procedures, technology, or culture.
