Innovation and creative management in organizations
Abstract
In the 21st century, management faced significant problems.The strategies and methods of business management are evolving, improving, and adapting to the current processes in the market as a result of the quickly changing technological developments. Even though earlier management theorists arguably justified the role and significance of bureaucracy, its hierarchical structure, and its painstakingly crafted rules and procedures, in contemporary circumstances, this is insufficient because organizations must operate in environments of constant change, taking into account the growing mutual influences of factors and creative flows that lead to changes on the part of the organization and its constant being highly adaptable to changing circumstances necessitates not relying on dogmas but rather utilizing novel forms and techniques.
