Empirical study of personal time management of managers in Georgia
Abstract
Any researcher, both well-known and little-known resources, considers mainly labor, financial, material, technical, intellectual and information resources. The remaining resource of time remains out of sight. Even highly developed foreign countries began their research quite late. However, time is a resource, writes foreign scientist V. Nisipei, _ and the more ineffectively we use it, the more expensive it costs us. This can be either an ally or an adversary [1, p. 104]. Yes, it is given to everyone in the same quantity - 365 days a year and 24 hours a day - but the question is not in quantity, but in its use. Some will use it to carry out priority and important tasks, while others will waste it... This can be done by a peasant, a worker, an intellectual, including a manager. This can happen to them either because of laziness or because they do not know how to properly organize their time. We decided to follow the example of the leaders of Georgian companies, look into this issue and give them timely recommendations to behave in a new way. How we did it is up to you.
