Nepotism as a limiting factor of economic development

The paper discusses nepotism as a type of corruption threat to the national economy. It presents tools for fighting nepotism and focuses on the effectiveness of their use.
The author draws attention to the crucial importance of fighting nepotism for the political and economic development of the state, as well as the need to improve the quality of healthy competition for positions in state agencies and private companies.
Argumented conclusions and recommendations are formulated in the paper, focusing on the fact that the government, society, and scientific circles should be constantly concerned about raising the competitiveness of people.
