Land value and investments in the hotel industry in Georgia
Abstract
The development of the hotel industry at the current stage is considered as one of the effective means of macroeconomic stabilization of the country. This process is facilitated by both local natural and cultural resources, as well as the state's economic policy. It means the priority consideration of wide development of roads and other infrastructure in the state budget, activated free tourism zones, small business incentive programs, such as "Produce Georgia", operation of investment co-financing funds, encouragement of reinvestment in regulations and others.
