Abstract
One of the essential features of the modern global economy is the transition of countries at the stage of post-industrial development to a super-industrial economy. Signs of this are becoming increasingly apparent. Analysis shows that the regularities of the development of such an economy will be completely different from traditional views. The process will bring profound changes to the economy of the rest of the world, including Georgia.
