Should we sell the Georgian Railways?!

Abstract

The Georgian railway is the most important strategic facility, both from the point of view of economic profitability and from the point of view of transit potential. Therefore, when privatizing it or transferring it with the right to manage, many factors should be taken into account so that the country does not lose a very important strategic transit function and the facility not only remains functional, but also dramatically increases its functionality and potential.
