LEGAL BASIS OF STATE REGULATION OF THE LAND MARKET IN UKRAINE

Abstract

An analysis of the current regulatory and legal support for the land market in Ukraine was conducted. The main reasons, because of which the Law “About the Land Market” was not adopted, were identified and the principal tasks necessary for its adoption were proposed.
