Socio-cultural aspects of investment policy in Georgia
Abstract
The Georgian government is often accused of not being able to attract the necessary amount of investment, allegedly due to incompetence.
Meanwhile, the dynamics of investment flows at the global level are mostly considered without mental aspects, as a self-evident phenomenon that depends on some abstract figures - such as the accounting rate, exchange rate, employment level, etc.
However, in reality, the world economy is still far from such abstract automation.
