Electronic Digital Signatures and Their Legal Resolution
Abstract
On March 14, 2008, the Parliament of Georgia adopted the Law "On Electronic Signatures". However, in order to better understand the provisions of the aforementioned law, it is necessary to review the technical and legal aspects that have been in effect at the international level for quite some time, and a detailed analysis of which will help us assess how the use of electronic signatures looks in practice and what legal problems and threats may arise during their use.
