Abstract

The article deals with the nature of inflation, its types and economic consequences. It discusses how this event affects the financial situation of the society. Inflation is defined as an increase in the overall price level and its different types are considered such as single digit, jump, spike and hyperinflation.

The author focuses on how the emission of money causes inflation, what consequences it has in the economy, and notes that inflation is a more complex phenomenon than just an increase in prices. It may have significant social and economic consequences, such as population impoverishment and economic crises.

The main reason why the economy of our country does not develop and is fed by the illusion of incorrectly calculated statistical indicators is the self-inversion of the monetary model. We should get rid of this age and the mistakes made by monetarists - concludes the author.

The paper presents arguments confirming the destructive results of the monetary model.
