The labor discrimination challenges in Georgian Organizations

Abstract

In modern organizations, people are strategic importance resources, furthermore organizational goals are achieved with their efforts. Accordingly, their effective management is a meaningful challenge for Human Resources managers.

It’s strongly unacceptable but we may come across some discriminatory cases, including, bullying, sexual harassment, violation of human rights such as their unfair workload with overtime, overlapping job description, gender, ethic and religion discrimination, unfair principles of labor compensation, unequal treatment facts with employees, restrictions on access to career for certain groups, unfair termination of employment, etc.

In this article we will discuss discriminatory facts existing in Georgia organizations, their reasons of cause and special recommendations aimed for their resolving.

As the existing problems dealing with the above mentioned factors are too notable this issue is quite substantive, so their studying, developing some recommendations and reducing the similar facts are decisive.
