Abstract

The safe environment of employees poses a great challenge to modern business and the economic situation of the country in general because human capital is one of the unique resources. Therefore, staff health safety should be a priority for any organization, although this process is viewed by some enterprises as a factor of negative impact on labor productivity and cost growth.

Given the above, in addition to the legal obligations and the increase in the risks posed by the Covid 19 pandemic, companies operating in Georgia must take great responsibility for ensuring a safe working climate for their employees.

In this regard, it is critically important to develop an effective labor safety policy and implement it with maximum involvement of all management bodies to minimize the likelihood of an adverse event in the workplace.
